We recommend you book a minimum of 6 sessions as this gives you the time to learn exercises, ensure your form/technique is correct and work towards achieving your target health and fitness goals.

  • Sessions last 1 hour. We have a gym in Northwood (off Dene Rd) that you can come to, or sessions can be held at your home, in your garden or local park 
  • Equipment provided by Fitness Friend

Packages include:

  1. Free consultation if you sign up for Personal Training with us (£45 deposit required)
  2. Body tests (fat %, hip/waist ratio, BMI) 
  3. Fitness tests 
  4. Postural assessment
  5. Goal setting
  6. Food diary analysis and nutrition plan
  7. At home/in gym programmes
Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training:

Keen to have a personal trainer, but can’t afford the cost? Why not share with a family member or friend? We offer group personal training – in our gym (Dene Road, Northwood) or in a local park. 2 people can attend a session

Programme Design

Programme Design:

  • Don’t want Personal Training, but need help with your training plans? We can write you a customised fitness programme
  • After a thorough fitness and health assessment a programme will be designed for you lasting up to 6 weeks. This can be reassessed at the end of the 6 week period. The price includes 1 session in the gym to go through your plan

£100 per 6 week phase
