We recommend you book a minimum of 6 sessions as this gives you the time to learn exercises, ensure your form/technique is correct and work towards achieving your target health and fitness goals.

- Sessions last 1 hour. We have a gym in Northwood (off Dene Rd) that you can come to, or sessions can be held at your home, in your garden or local park
- Equipment provided by Fitness Friend

- Free consultation if you sign up for Personal Training with us (£45 deposit required)
- Body tests (fat %, hip/waist ratio, BMI)
- Fitness tests
- Postural assessment
- Goal setting
- Food diary analysis and nutrition plan
- At home/in gym programmes
